Mango Millet Kheer With Healthy Coconut Sugar
Mango Kheer is a quick and easy to make dessert. This is a perfect summer recipe where the flavours if mango pulp goes well with vermicelli kheer. It turned out to be delicious of course with all these exotic ingredients. It is the easiest and very simple sweet dessert you would ever make.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Mango puree
- 1 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 cup Millet Sevai
- 1/4 cup Roasted Nuts
Instructions
- Cut the mangoes and blend in a mixer
- Boil 2 cups of milk in a sauce pan
- Add the mango puree to the boiled milk and allow it to cook for couple of minutes
- Add 1 cup of cocobut sugar and mix well
- After it reaches the right consistency add the roasted nuts and switch OFF the flame
- Cool in refrigerator and serve cold with chopped mangoes…

Chicken Millet Pasta
Millet Pasta with a whole lot of spices, carrots, beans, celery and chilli flakes loaded with shredded cheese and chicken! No, this isn’t any restaurant dish, Chicken pasta is the dish that can be easily made at home.
Ingredients
- As required boneless Chicken
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- as required Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Packet Millet Pasta
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Chopped ginger and garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2 Green chilli
- 1 Tomato
- 1 cup Capsicum
- 1 cup Carrot
- 1 cup Mushroom
- 1 cup corn
Instructions
- Take the boneless chicken as required and marinate by adding chilli powder, garam masala, pepper and ginger garlic paste
- Mix well and keep it for 1 hour
- Take a kadai boil water with salt and oil
- Add SOME MORE millet pasta
- Strain water and take another kadai add oil and butter pour the marinated chicken into it
- cook for 20 min
- add chopped ginger and garlic, green chillies, onions and saute
- Now add chopped tomatoes, capsicum, mushroom and corn
- Add the sauted chicken and pasta into it
- Add the SOME MORE masala and mix well
- Serve hot

- Make sure not overcook the pasta.
- You can use any vegetables of your choice ot not use any at all.

Vegetable Sevai
Sevai or Vermicelli, is a traditional type of pasta round in section similar to spaghetti. Sevai is also similar to idiyappam, in the ingredients and preparation. Sevai, unlike idiyappam, is typically broken or cut up rather than in piles of noodles. In this way, sevai is treated almost as a substitute for rice. Sevai is an extremely popular dish from Tamil Nadu, India and has gradually gained popularity all over India.
Ingredients
- 1 Packet Millet Sevai
- 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp Urud dhal
- 1 tbsp Bengal gram dhal
- 1 string Curry leaves
- 2 Green chilli
- 1 Onion
- 1/4 cup Carrot
- 1/4 cup Capsicum
- 1/4 cup Cauliflower
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Steam cook sevai seperately
- In a kadai heat oil and add mustard seeds, urud dhal, bengal gram dhal and saute
- Add the chopped onions and saute till translucent
- Add the chopped vegetables and cook until its completely cooked
- Add salt as required
- Add the steam cooked sevai and mix well
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot

- You can add peanuts while tempering.
- Adding sambhar powder adds a spicy touch to the dish.
- Use sesame oil for that authentic taste.

- 1 packet Millet noodles
- 1 Onion
- 1/4 cup Peas
- 1/4 cup Corn
- 1/4 cup Carrot
- 1/4 cup Beans
- 2 Green chilli
- 1 egg
- as required Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- In a kadai heat oil
- Add chopped onions , green chilli and sauce till it becomes translucent
- Add the vegetables like corn, carrot, peas and beans and sautw well
- Pour water and let them cook well
- Add the noodles and sprinkle salt
- Close the lid and cook for couple of minutes
- Scramble 1 egg in another kadai
- Remove the noodles from heat and garnish with scrambled egg
- Serve hot

White Sauce Pasta
White Sauce Pasta is an easy-to-make recipe of cooked pasta in a delicious white sauce. - 1 Packet Millet Pasta
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Wheat flour
- 100 ml Milk
- as required Spices
- as required Salt
- optional Cheese
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Boil water and add oil 1 tbsp to it
- Once boiled, add the pasta and pinch of salt
- Cook until the pasta is completely cooked
- Remove from heat and wash in cold water to stop over cooking
- In a kadai, add butter and melt it
- Add whaet flour and mix well
- Add 100 ml of milk and make it into a pasta
- Cook until the milk is reduced
- Add spices like oregano, parsley
- Add the cooked pasta and keep it in low flame for about 2-3 mins
- Remove from heat and add grated cheese to garnish
- Serve hot.

After preparing pasta serve them immediately as hot, otherwise white sauce pasta becomes thicken quickly.

Desi Chinese Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 packet Millet pasta
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- As required Salt
Instructions
- Take a kadai, boil the water with salt and oil
- Add millet pasta and strain it well
- Chop all the vegetables like onion, tomato, carrot, and mushrooms
- Cut the ginger and garlic into very fine pieces
- Take a pan, add some oil heat for 2 min. Now add chopped ginger garlic and also add all the vegetables let them saute
- Take a small bowl add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce and 1/2 tbsp os sugar mix well, pour into the vegetable mix
- Now add cornflour water mix well and cook
- Finally add millet pasta and add corn(optional) mix well, Serve hot.
