How to Cook?

  • Soak Millet Vermicelli in water for a min, drain water and steam cook for 10mins and keep aside.
  • Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, add Bengal gram (Chana dal), Black gram (Urad dal) and fry till slightly golden.
  • Add green chillies, grated ginger, chopped vegetables of your choice and stir fry for 5-6 mins.
  • Add the steamed Vermicelli to the stir fried vegetables.
  • Mix well and serve hot.
