Soak Millet Vermicelli in water for a min, drain water and steam cook for 10mins and keep aside.
Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, add Bengal gram (Chana dal), Black gram (Urad dal) and fry till slightly golden.
Add green chillies, grated ginger, chopped vegetables of your choice and stir fry for 5-6 mins.
Add the steamed Vermicelli to the stir fried vegetables.
Mix well and serve hot.
